1. Estimates & Contracts
All project estimates remain valid for 30 days from the issue date. Work begins only after the contract is signed and the agreed deposit is received. Any changes to the original project scope require written approval.
2. Payments & Billing
Payments are collected according to the milestones specified in your contract. Each milestone may be reviewed before payment becomes due. Any additional materials, services, or work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
3. Project Schedule
NEONEST will provide an estimated project timeline before work begins. Delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, unexpected structural issues, or restricted site access may affect completion dates. We will communicate significant changes promptly.
4. Design & Material Selection
Design concepts, finishes, fixtures, and materials will be selected according to the approved project specifications. Changes requested after approval may involve additional costs or delivery time. Material availability may require mutually approved alternatives.
5. Changes & Additional Work
Customers may request changes to the project during the renovation process. All variations must be documented in writing, including their cost and potential impact on the schedule. Additional work will begin only after approval.
6. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours. Personal belongings should be secured, and any known hazards or access restrictions must be communicated before work begins. Delays caused by unavailable access may affect the schedule.
7. Workmanship Warranty
Eligible workmanship completed by NEONEST is covered by a 2-year warranty, subject to the terms of the project contract. The warranty covers qualifying workmanship defects and includes a 48-hour response commitment. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their respective terms and conditions.
8. Safety & Property Protection
Our team follows applicable site safety requirements and takes reasonable precautions to protect the property during renovation work. Customers must inform us of existing damage, vulnerable installations, or special safety concerns before the project starts.
9. Liability & Unforeseen Conditions
Unexpected issues such as concealed water damage, outdated wiring, structural defects, or other hidden conditions may require additional work. We will explain the issue and seek approval for additional costs where practicable before proceeding. Liability is governed by the contract and applicable law.
10. Cancellation & Dispute Resolution
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be handled according to the signed contract and applicable law. Customers may be responsible for completed work, specially ordered materials, and other permitted costs incurred before cancellation. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.
